Nail making process:

1.Drawing steel wire:First,use drawing machine to make the material into steel wire.The material can be waste steel bar and newsteel bar.If material is waste steel bar,the productivity is low while it needs less cost and has high profit.

2.Making nail:Put the finished steel wire into nail making machine.It can produce semi-finished nail.

3.Polishing:Put the semi-finished nails in the poblishng machin with some saw dust,paraffins and gas.After clashing and crashing,the nails become bright.

4.Packing:Use wooden case to pack the nails.
